The Owls Under-18s are well into the second week of their two-week Portuguese training camp, in association with Erasmus.
As well as training in the sweltering Algarve heat, the youngsters have embraced the gym and yoga sessions designed to increase fitness, flexibility and strength.
To complement the twice daily sessions, the 18s faced Oldham last week in a training match which saw the Wednesday academy narrowly defeated 2-1.
Monday saw the Owls return to action against Hull, where they emerged comfortable 3-1 winners.
With a dominant performance from start to finish, goals from Liam Shaw, Jordan O’Brien and Elliott Vaselo sealed victory in Vilamoura.
The final game of the two-week training camp takes place on Thursday morning against Nigerian side Nathaniel Boys.
