Owls midfielders Josh Onomah and Fraser Preston have been called up for international duty.
Tottenham loanee, Onomah, will join up with Aidy Boothroyd’s England Under-21s next week as they prepare for two friendly matches.
First, they face Italy in Ferrara on Thursday 15 November before travelling to Esbjerg to play Denmark on Tuesday 20 November.
Winger, Preston, has been named in Scot Gemmill’s Scotland Under-20 side, they face Turkey in a friendly in Murcia on Saturday 17 November.
It’s the first time the Owls academy product has been called up to his nation’s Under-20 squad, having been involved in the Scots’ Under-19 and Under-16 age groups previously.
