Jos Luhukay says the whole team will take collective responsibility for the way in which West Brom snatched a draw from the jaws of defeat.
Two late, late goals for the visitors saw Wednesday let slip a 2-0 lead to leave the home faithful and the Owls boss frustrated.
Luhukay said: “We must learn from this as a team. There were some things that could have been done differently in the transitions but we win together so we draw together also.
“Earlier in the game we showed some very good football and were comfortable against the number one team in the division.
“We have played Leeds who were number one and draw, now we play West Brom who were number one and draw.
“So we must be positive. When we look back at this game in the morning, I am sure we will see more positives overall than negatives.”
