The dedicated SWFC film ‘All Wednesday’ premieres this evening at the Showroom Cinema in Sheffield city centre.
This unique one-off event wraps up our 150th anniversary as 4 September marks another landmark in the club’s long and proud history.
Produced and directed by Wednesdayite Matt Exton in partnership with the Owls, All Wednesday features a range of searching and at times incredibly moving interviews with fans of all ages.
The film charts Wednesdayites’ lifelong affinity to our club, told through the eyes of the fans themselves.
The premiere, hosted by BBC broadcaster Mark Clemmit, screens tonight at the Showroom, with doors open from 6.00pm.
Supporters are invited to take their seats for 6.45pm, when Mark will interview Matt on stage before the film commences around 7.10pm.
Owls club captain Tom Lees, assistant manager Lee Bullen and academy manager Steven Haslam will also be in attendance.
This event is completely sold out, with no tickets available on the doors.
