The Owls are reminding supporters of the numerous ways in which you can contact your club with a query of any kind – and a new address aimed at enhancing supporter experience.
Following feedback from fans, we streamlined our email service to try and ensure all correspondence headed to the right recipient.
Very occasionally, a message will slip the net or may not be directed to the correct department, in which case we have now introduced an additional contact of email@example.com.
This address will receive miscellaneous enquiries such as a supporter, for example, having failed to receive a satisfactory reply from a particular department or individual.
A member of the team will contact you within three working days to ensure any outstanding issue is resolved to your satisfaction.
Please note firstname.lastname@example.org is only to be used in the event of supporters not receiving a reply to an original email sent to the respective department.
We are here to help, here to listen, and while we cannot always guarantee to accommodate all requests, we can and will guarantee a helpful response in a timely fashion.
