Owls defender Michael Hector says the team are taking one game at a time ahead of Wednesday’s midweek trip to Millwall.
Steve Bruce’s men face Rotherham just three days after the Lions, but the Jamaican international is focused solely on the trip to the Den.
Hector said: “We can’t look too far ahead.
“The Championship is a tough league, if we look ahead to Rotherham then Millwall will turn us over.
“We’ve got to take it game by game and see how far we can go.”
The London-born defender is looking forward to the clash on Tuesday night, particularly with it being close to home.
He added: “For me, it’s a London game, so my family don’t have to travel too far.
"It’s going to be a tough game, we know that, they are a very physical side and you know what you are going to get.
“I like these types of games, it’s going to be fun!”
