Owls Under-18s midfielder Lewis Farmer has been nominated for the LFE Goal of the Month award for December.
The 16-year-old’s fantastic finish against Stoke City in the FA Youth Cup at Hillsborough is up against seven other nominees.
Farmer collected the ball on the edge of the box before skilfully turning inside and smashing past the Potters’ goalkeeper Nathan Broome.
The youngster is part of Andy Holdsworth’s Under-18s who are flying high in the Professional Development League this season.
