The Owls can confirm the European leg of our pre-season preparations ahead of the 2019/20 campaign.
The day after Owls in the Park, on Monday 1 July, the squad flies out to Portugal for a ten-day warm weather training camp.
An open training session will take place with Shrewsbury on Tuesday 9 July at Estadio da Nora (7.00pm), Ferreiras, Albufeira.
Following friendlies back in England at Lincoln, Stocksbridge Park Steels and Northampton, Wednesday will jet back across Europe to play two games in Germany.
The SWFC contingent touches down in Hamburg on Wednesday 17 July for six days.
First up, the Owls will play VfB Lubeck on Friday 19 July at Stadion Lohmuhle, kick-off 7.00pm.
Then, two days later on Sunday 21 July, Steve Bruce’s side take on Holstein Kiel at Holstein-Stadion, kick-off 2.30pm.
Supporters are welcome to attend both games and we will issue ticket news as soon as details are finalised.
Wednesday return to these shores on Monday 22 July as the countdown to the new season continues.
The curtain rises on 2019/20 with an opening day trip to Reading on Saturday 3 August.
