Staff members of Sheffield Wednesday and property company Wates Living Space faced off at Hillsborough last week to raise funds for Mind charity.
The teams took to the S6 turf, with the Wates XI coming out 4-3 winners on the day.
The match raised funds for Mind, the English Football League’s official charity partner.
Over £2,000 was raised for the charity, which is dedicated to supporting those suffering with mental health problems.
Community Manager at SWFC, Marcus Brameld, said: “We’re very pleased to have raised so much money for an important charity.
“Mind’s partnership with the EFL has helped raise more awareness and understanding for mental health and we are delighted to show our support by hosting this game at Hillsborough.
“Thank you to Wates for getting involved in this joint venture, and congratulations on the win!”
