Fernando Forestieri is the Sky Bet Championship Goal of the Month winner for April, receiving 72% of the public vote.
With defenders snapping at his heels, Forestieri decided to take them out of the equation by letting fly with an unstoppable strike that seemed to gather pace along its way to goal.
The outstanding effort was also crowned as the Owls’ Goal of the Season last month.

Forestieri beat off competition from Bristol City’s Josh Dasilva and Wigan Athletic’s Reece James.
