Liam Palmer has received a call-up from Scotland on the international stage.
The Wednesday defender is in the first squad of new manager Steve Clarke following the latter’s recent appointment.
Scotland will play two games early next month as they resume their Euro 2020 qualifying campaign.
Clarke’s men host Cyprus at Hampden Park on Saturday 8 June before travelling across Europe to take on Belgium three days later at the King Baudouin Stadium.
Palmer earned his maiden senior cap against Kazakhstan in March this year after graduating through the Under-19 and Under-21 age groups.
