Keiren Westwood is eagerly anticipating Saturday’s clash with Swansea as the Owls look for a return to winning ways.
Last Saturday’s trip to Blackburn ended in last-gasp disappointment, with Wednesday hit by two late strikes at Ewood Park having hit the front seven minutes from time.
But Westwood says that setback is now forgotten and the S6 camp is focused fully on the next game:
“It was disappointing, of course it was, but we have put that game to bed and we’re looking forward to Swansea at the weekend.
“There was no finger-pointing from anyone in the dressing room, we’re here to support each other, not dig anyone out.
“We know where we can improve and we will. We’ve had a really good week on the training ground and we’re looking forward to playing Swansea on Saturday.
“We’ve got a strong home record, they are strong away, so it’s a great challenge and I’m sure they will be saying the same thing.”
