Garry Monk has plenty to consider team selection-wise when Wigan head to Hillsborough on Saturday.
One enforced change for the Owls will be replacing the suspended Sam Hutchinson, who picked up his fifth yellow card of the season in midweek.
Steven Fletcher may return after missing the trip to Hull on Tuesday, while the busy fixture schedule over the past week could see Wednesday shuffle their pack for the Latics clash.
Asked on potential changes for Saturday, Monk said: “Looking at Wigan and also what we’ve been doing, it’s our third game in a week and I think overall we’ve been performing well.
“There is always food for thought with managers, do you change this, do you change that and you look at all different scenarios.
“We have got another day’s training and I’ll have a look at them again tomorrow and then make the decisions to try and put a team on the pitch that can win the game.”
