Owls boss Garry Monk has been nominated for September’s Championship Manager of the Month.
Monk has enjoyed an excellent start to his S6 tenure, posting 10 points from five games after being unveiled at Hillsborough in early September.
The Owls entered the second international break of the season in eight place, one point shy of the play-offs and three off the summit.
Monk and his men resume league duty with the televised trip to Cardiff next week.
Also nominated for the September award are Slaven Bilic (West Brom), Sabri Lamouchi (Nottingham Forest) and Alex Neil (Preston).
The winner will be announced this Friday, 11 October.
