After back to back home games, the Owls are on their travels this weekend, taking the long road to Norwich.
The Canaries are perched at the Championship summit having successfully made the transition from the Premier League last season.
And Tom Lees is under no illusion regarding the challenge on the horizon in Norfolk.
He said: “Every game is huge. Norwich are a very good side, they have kept most of their players from the Premier League and are full of confidence.
“They are top of the league but we have played a lot of the top teams already and we know we can give a good account of ourselves.
“We have to keep our discipline because obviously we need 11 v 11 on the pitch. We know we have to carry more threat but we have to carry on being hard to beat.
“It’s a frantic period, we’ve been to Swansea on a week-night and now have another long trip to Norwich and it’s not going to let up over Christmas.
“But when you play so many games, a couple of wins can see you really climb the table. There’s so many points to play for over this period and we need to come out of it positively.”
