The Owls must show fight and character to haul themselves out of their bleak run of results.
Luton overcame Wednesday 1-0 at Kenilworth Road courtesy of a first half James Collins goal.
And Garry Monk says improvement all round is a requisite requirement ahead of Saturday’s S6 clash with Reading:
“We all have to do better because right now it’s not good enough. I am the manager of this team and this club and it’s my responsibility.
“But I have been a fighter all my life and I will continue to give my all to help this cause.
“We all have to show fight and character to get out of this run of results. The players have the character and it’s about showing it – you don’t win at Brighton, Leeds and QPR without it.
“We haven’t been good enough and we have to get better individually and collectively.”
