Massimo Luongo has had his red card rescinded from the weekend clash with Blackburn Rovers.
The Owls lodged an appeal for wrongful dismissal with the FA following the game against Rovers which saw Luongo sent off in the 23rd minute.
As a result of the successful appeal, the 27-year-old will be available for selection on Friday as Wednesday head to his former club QPR in the fourth round of the FA Cup.
