The Sheffield Wednesday Community Programme (SWFCCP) are recruiting a Health and Wellbeing Officer.
The successful applicant will deliver and manage the SWFCCP 'Health Initiatives' projects, which includes programmes focused on weight management, lifestyles, healthy minds and range of health-based community activities.
The Health and Wellbeing Officer will work collaboratively with the Health and Inclusion Manager to explore and secure additional funding for further health-related projects.
