How do I select my rebate package?
Due to the current closure of the Ticket Office supporters can only choose their rebate option from the new online ticketing site HERE.
The iFollow bundle is the only option currently available to any paid Season Ticket holder over the age of 18.
Further options will follow from Monday 29 June.
Step 1: Log in to your account HERE with your Supporter ID/Client Reference number which can be found on the bottom left of your Season Card and your recently set password.
Step 2: Once logged in, select the Season Tickets tab, then ‘19/20 Season Ticket Rebate options’
Step 3: If you wish to select the iFollow bundle select ‘Add’
Step 4: You will then be presented with an option of Adult iFollow Bundle – please select a quantity of 1 (If you are selecting options for Friends and Family, select the desired quantity). Then ‘Add to Basket’
Step 5: A screen will give you a summary of your order – If you are purchasing on behalf of friends and family, please select ‘Assign Owners’ at the top right and assign a ticket to each member.
Step 6: Click ‘proceed to payment’, accept the terms and conditions and complete your order.
You will receive a confirmation email confirming your rebate choice with details on what happens next in terms of your iFollow subscription.
What if I can’t log in?
If you have forgotten your password or not yet set one on the new site click ‘Forgotten Password’ on the Sign In screen and a link to reset will be sent to the email address linked to your account.
If there is no email on account, please email your name, ID number and desired email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are wanting to set up to choose the iFollow Subscription, please put: Urgent iFollow bundle set up required in the subject field.
Due to huge numbers of emails received, those required to set their password before the other options are available are dealt with first.
How can I select options on behalf of another supporter?
To select a package on behalf of another Season Ticket holder they must be added to your Friends and Family list.
Why can’t a Carer Ticket claim any rebate options?
Carer Season Tickets are issued complimentary therefore no rebate is due. Disabled supporters who pay for their own Season Ticket are entitled to the same options as all other Season Ticket holders.
Why can’t an Under 18 claim the iFollow bundle option?
Unfortunately, iFollow terms and conditions dictate that Under 18s are unable to register for an iFollow account. Under 18s do however qualify for all other rebate options.

What happens after I select the iFollow bundle as my choice of rebate?
You will receive a confirmation email to confirm you have selected this option. You will then receive a separate email from the club with your unique code and details of how to register your account for the final nine games.
What happens if I select the iFollow bundle after 11.59pm on Thursday 18 June?
You will miss the stream for the first game against Nottingham Forest but will be sent details to enjoy the final eight games via iFollow.
Where do I enter the code I received?
Once you have received your unique code please visit swfc.co.uk/ifollowsth
You will see a box where you type the code you’ve been given – enter the code and press ‘redeem your code now’ then follow the sign-up instructions for iFollow.
We suggest you register as soon as possible to ensure all is in working order ahead of the matchday.

Can I share my code with my friends and family?
No, iFollow codes can only be used on one account and when a match is live that account can only be logged into on one device meaning no one else can use your code or account to access the stream.

Why can’t I select the other options straight away?
We have just launched a brand new ticketing site and require every Season Ticket holder to create their new passwords which is a huge task.
Due to time sensitivity we need to ensure the first option is delivered first before all other options are set up and made available.
The change of provider was scheduled for the summer at a time that would lend itself to such a task before the current pandemic took hold.

Season Ticket sales are currently suspended for the 2020/21 season as supporter access into stadiums next season remains uncertain at this time - updated information will be communicated in due course over the coming weeks and months.
