The Owls can inform supporters that we are currently in the process of implementing a brand new ticketing system with global market leader SeatGeek, who will become our primary ticketing partner from the 2020/21 season and beyond.
As a result of this change, all fans are required to set a new password to enable log-in access to the new website, which is: tickets.swfc.co.uk
Important information
Last week the Owls confirmed plans for 2019/20 Season Ticket holders to receive a rebate on outstanding fixtures to be played behind closed doors, with a variety of options available.
All supporters MUST join the new ticketing website in order to request their desired rebate option once the full range of alternatives are communicated in due course.
Passwords on the old system (SEE Tickets) are no longer valid. Users should create a new password to access the SeatGeek website in time for selecting rebate options.
How to reset your password
Visit: tickets.swfc.co.uk
In the top right corner select ‘Sign In’ and a pop-up box will open
Enter your Supporter ID number (located on the bottom left of your Season Ticket card)
Do not enter a password
Select ‘reset password’
An email reset password will then be sent to your email account
Follow the instructions to confirm the reset of your password. Once activated, you will be ready to use the new site.
Check your junk or spam folder if you do not receive the email in your in-box.
What if the system says there is no email on account?
Please email: resetpassword@swfc.co.uk with your Supporter ID and desired email address for that account and we can send an automated link.
Ticket Office
The Ticket Office remains closed due to the current pandemic. Should you experience any problems when signing up to the new ticketing website, please email: resetpassword@swfc.co.uk

Full details will be communicated shortly but you can only make your choice via the new ticketing site so you must set your passwords as soon as possible.
