The Owls returned to duty on Bank Holiday Monday with phased training drills at Middlewood Road.
Strict rules are in place for players and staff, working hand in hand with government and EFL guidelines.
Numbers are limited in terms of groups on the same pitch until phase three of full contact regular training comes into play at a date yet to be determined.
Manager Garry Monk is committed to finishing the season but only if all safety criteria are met.
He said: “The welfare of the players is the top priority. Every measure has been taken at the training ground to ensure we comply with the guidelines.
“It will be completely different but this is how we will be training for now until if and when we can move to phase three.”
