The Owls’ Championship game against Bournemouth on Tuesday 3 November will kick-off at 7.00pm.
The original start time at Hillsborough was 7.45pm.
The contest between the two will be the first meeting since April 2015 when a 2-2 draw unfolded on the South Coast.
