The Owls’ trip to Rochdale in round two of the Carabao Cup will take place next Tuesday, 15 September (7.45pm).
Wednesday progressed from round one last Saturday with a 4-2 win on penalties at Walsall, while Dale beat Huddersfield 1-0.
The winners next week will visit either Fulham or Ipswich in the third round.
