Wednesday have played two league games so far, against Ipswich and Colchester.
The Tractor Boys clash was played at Queen Ethelburga in York, where the squad was located for their pre-season training camp. The Owls emerged 1-0 winners courtesy of a Leojo Davidson strike.
A 4-0 reverse at Colchester followed last weekend and Wednesday will be looking for a swift return to winning ways against the R’s.
Supporters should note that due to the strict current protocols in place at Middlewood Road, there will be no permitted attendance for Under-18s games until further notice.
