A new date has been set for the Owls Under-18s’ league derby clash with city rivals Sheffield United.
Wednesday’s in-form youngsters were scheduled to host the Blades at Middlewood Road last Saturday but the game was postponed.
The academy Steel City clash will now take place on Tuesday 22 February at the training ground, with a 1:00pm kick-off.
The Owls have a mini gap in their fixture calendar over the festive period and are next in action on Saturday 8 January at Peterborough (11:30am).
Wednesday will then host Preston in the FA Youth Cup on Tuesday 18 January. The fourth round clash at Hillsborough gets underway at 7:00pm and supporters are welcome to attend.
Prices are £3 for adults, £1 concessions, while current Season Ticket holders can attend free of charge.
Please note that all games at Middlewood Road, including those of the Under-23s, will not be accessible to fans until further notice given the current situation.
