Chey Dunkley says the Owls are focusing on themselves following five home wins on the spin ahead of Swansea’s visit to S6 on Saturday.
The defender has proven to be a big voice in the Wednesday dressing room and says all the players have a responsibility to lead the team.
Dunkley said: “Leaders don't have to be the most vocal.
“You can lead in different ways, by training well, being a role model, providing a spark in a game.
“To me, Adam Reach is a leader when he comes up with something special.
“There's many leaders here. Some are evident and some are not as clear to the eye, but they are all leaders in different ways.”
We face in-form Swansea on Saturday and Dunkley says the team’s focus is on our own performance.
The 28-year-old added: “We just focus on ourselves. We can't think about what others are doing.
“It's natural to look after games at what others have done but it's in our hands.
“I think we've not gone away from what we've done all season, working hard and having attention to detail.”
