Wednesday right back Josh Dawodu has extended his stay with Sheffield Wednesday.
The 20-year-old joined the Owls in the summer of 2017 after spending the entirety of his youth development with Arsenal.
The cultured defender penned his first professional contract with Wednesday in December 2018, played his part in our Under-18s’ double-winning campaign of 2018/19 and has since been a regular for our Under-23s.
Dawodu has gone from strength to strength during his time in the Owls youth system.
It’s more good news regarding the talent from our youth set-up ahead of the new season as Dawodu joins Josh Render, Charles Hagan, Ryan Galvin, Declan Thompson, Liam Waldock, Lewis Farmer and Luke Jackson in extended S6 stays.
