The Owls’ Sky Bet League One campaign will kick off on the weekend of 7 August.
The Sky Bet EFL play-offs will once again be staged at Wembley and conclude the season across two weekends in May.
The League One final will start proceedings on Saturday 21 May 2022, before League Two and the Championship take centre stage the following weekend.
Key dates ahead of the 2021/22 League One season:

• Papa John’s Trophy round one – w/c 30 August 2021
• Papa John’s Trophy final – Sunday 3 April 2022

• League One play-off final – Saturday 21 May 2022
Dates for the FA Cup are to be confirmed.
So far, the Owls have one confirmed pre-season friendly against Scottish Premier League side Celtic.
The game is set to take place behind closed doors on Wednesday 7 July during our 10-day pre-season training camp in Wales, with kick-off at 3.00pm.
