The FA Women’s Football Board has confirmed that the 2020/21 season at tiers 3-6 has been curtailed, which includes the Sheffield Wednesday Ladies’ first team tier 5 division.
No promotions or relegations will take place this season as a result.
The Wednesday Ladies are now awaiting news on future friendlies or competitive games to be arranged by the NERWFL.
The Ladies will be looking to enter senior reserve and development teams in the Cup/Shield competition scheduled by the SHWGL for April-June.
