Owls academy sports scientist Jeremy Poulson has completed the March the Month challenge to raise funds for Prostate Cancer UK.
The task is to walk 11,000 steps every day for the month of March, but Jeremy took the challenge one further, by running each morning to achieve his target.
In total, he ran over 225km throughout the month, achieving over half a million steps in the process!
Funds raised will help support lifesaving research from our charity partner, Prostate Cancer UK, as they look to beat a disease that kills one man every 45 minutes.

Jeremy said: “Having lost my grandfather to prostate cancer, and after my uncle lost his battle with cancer last year at an early age, my family and I decided to undertake this challenge to help raise awareness.
"Despite the aches and pains from this challenge, it has been worth it to help Prostate Cancer UK.
"I also want to congratulate everyone across the country that has taken part throughout the month and thank everyone for their support."
