Club partners Cadbury have kindly delivered bespoke Wise Old Owls chocolate bars with a Wednesday twist to supporters this week.
Every member of the Wise Old Owls supporters’ group has been treated by Cadbury to a special version of their famous Dairy Milk bar to help lift spirits during lockdown.
John Preen, Chairman of the Wise Old Owls, said: “I have been inundated with messages from members as everyone is absolutely delighted with the gesture and I cannot thank Cadbury and Sheffield Wednesday enough for their support.”
Cadbury marked the start of the association with Wednesday last October by donating their sponsorship assets to support the Wise Old Owls, who are celebrating their 20th year since forming in 2001.
Cadbury also played a key role in our Project Hampers initiative over the festive period, when Wise Old Owls members were hand-delivered Christmas hampers by club and Community Programme staff.
We would all like to issue a big vote of thanks to Cadbury for their continued support of the Owls and our community.
