The Owls Under-23s face Sheffield United in the Steel City derby at Middlewood Road on Friday afternoon (KO 2.00pm).
Lee Bullen’s men drew 1-1 with the Blades earlier this month, with full back Lewis Farmer on the scoresheet for Wednesday at Shirecliffe.
The Owls will be looking to bounce back following a 3-1 defeat to Coventry last time out.
