Owls goalkeeper Josh Render has joined Grantham Town on a one-month loan deal.
The 21-year-old has linked up with the Northern Premier League side under the management of former Owl, Carlton Palmer.
The Hull-born goalkeeper joined Grantham ahead of their home clash with Warrington Town today and made his debut in the 2-1 home defeat.
Render has been with Wednesday since Under-13s level and is a regular for Lee Bullen’s Under-23 side.
He signed his first professional contract in July 2019 after playing his part in a superb season for the Under-18s, which saw the team do the double, scooping both the North and National Championship.
Render extended his contract at Hillsborough in the summer.
