With obesity rising faster in the UK than any other part of Europe, now is the time to keep fit and those extra pounds at bay!
The Sheffield Wednesday Community Programme’s Fit Owls returns this month for men aged 35-65 experiencing weight concerns and the last few places are up for grabs.
The programme runs for 12 weeks and includes exercise and nutritional advice and support.
All places are completely free, so book now to avoid disappointment! Please email rob.ward@swfc.co.uk highlighting your preferred option – daytime session (11.00am) or evening (6.00pm).
Remaining places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. However, if you are unsuccessful in September, you will be offered a slot for January next year.
