Adult Disability Football Sessions underway with SWFCCP!

21 April 2022

The Sheffield Wednesday Community Programme’s Adult Disability Football sessions take place every Wednesday evening, 5:00pm until 6:00pm at Concord Sports Centre.

Run by qualified coaches from the SWFCCP, the sessions are a great way to keep fit, learn skills and meet new people - as well as playing lots of football!

The sessions are split into two parts; half skill-based, followed by a game.

In the past, players from all over Sheffield have enjoyed taking part in the sessions and taken plenty away before returning to their grassroots clubs.

What you need to know!

Sessions run from 5:00pm-6:00pm
The first session is free of charge (£2 per session thereafter)
Moulded studs/Astro turf trainers and shin pads are required
Bring plenty of fluids
But most of all…. have fun!

SWFCCP Inclusion Officer Sean Graves said: “We really hope to get as many people attending as possible male and female. As well as our regulars, we would love to see new faces come along and showcase their football skills and have fun with us!
