Barry Bannan has been nominated for the EFL Goal of the Season award for his wonder-strike against MK Dons on Saturday.
The Scot unleashed a stunning shot from 40 yards to lob Dons goalkeeper Jamie Cumming and put the Owls into a 3-0 lead.
Wednesday went on to win the game 3-2 at Stadium MK in front of the Sky Sports cameras.
Bannan’s goal is up against strikes from Cole Stockton, Alex Mowatt, Bersant Celina, Andre Gray and Ben Wilmot.
The winner will be chosen by an EFL judging panel during the League’s annual awards dinner on Sunday 24 April.
Supporters can follow the action live via the Sky Sports app from 7:00pm on the evening.
The Wednesday skipper is also nominated for the League One Player of the Year, having recently won the division’s Player of the Month award for March.
Good luck, Baz!
