Wednesday midfielder Alex Hunt has joined Oldham Athletic on loan for the remainder of the season.
Hunt returned to Hillsborough earlier this month having enjoyed a successful temporary spell with National League Grimsby Town.
The 21-year-old posted 17 appearances for the Mariners, regularly impressing in the engine room.
The Owls academy graduate now moves up the ladder to League Two and is line to make his debut on Saturday when the Latics travel to Harrogate Town.
