Wednesday have completed the permanent signing of Tyreeq Bakinson from Bristol City for an undisclosed fee.
The midfielder becomes the Owls’ eighth addition of the summer transfer window.
The 23-year-old began his career with Luton Town, making his professional debut for the Hatters in May 2016, before joining the Robins the following year.
Bakinson has also enjoyed loan spells with Newport County and Plymouth Argyle before spending last season with Ipswich Town in League One.
With over 100 career league appearances under his belt, the Londoner bolsters Darren Moore’s options in the engine room ahead of the 2022/23 campaign ahead.
