The Owls are pleased to announce a home friendly fixture with Spanish La Liga side Rayo Vallecano.
The game will take place at Hillsborough on Wednesday 20 July, kick-off 7:00pm.
Rayo ply their trade in the top flight of Spain having achieved promotion from Segunda Division in the 2020/21 campaign.
Coach Andoni Iraola steered his side to sixth position and the play-offs, where they beat Girona FC over two legs.
In February this year, Rayo reached the semi-finals of the prestigious Copa del Rey for only the second time in history and the first since 1982.
Formed in 1924, Rayo play their home games at the Campo de fútbol de Vallecas Stadium in Madrid.
Ticket prices for Wednesday v Rayo Vallecano are £15 for adults, £10 under 21s & over 65s and £5 under 17s.
