Owls captain Barry Bannan is in the running for the PFA Vertu Motors League One Fans’ Player of the Year award.
Bannan faces competition from Alfie May (Cheltenham Town), Ross Stewart (Sunderland), Will Keane (Wigan Athletic), Wes Burns (Ipswich Town) and Scott Twine (MK Dons).
The winner will be decided by supporters, who can vote now at 90min.com.
The skipper made 51 appearances in all competitions for Wednesday in 2021/22, chipping in with nine goals, including his stunner away at MK Dons that won the EFL Goal of the Season award, and 12 assists.
Bannan was also voted as the club’s official Player of the Year, The Star and London Owls Player of the Year, Owls Community Champion and was named in the League One Team of the Season.
