Darren Moore and Lee Gregory have been nominated for the League One Manager and Player of the Month awards for April respectively.
The Owls gaffer led his side into the play-offs, earning 16 points from a possible 21 in the final month of the campaign to finish fourth in the table.
Striker Gregory has been in top form for Wednesday, scoring nine goals in his last 10 appearances.
The 33-year-old notched seven goals in April, including a hat-trick against Fleetwood as the Owls came from behind to win 3-2.
Joining Gregory on the shortlist are Sunderland’s Nathan Broadhead, Wigan’s Will Keane and MK Dons’ Scott Twine, whilst Moore is nominated alongside Morecambe’s Derek Adams, Wycombe’s Gareth Ainsworth and Sunderland’s Alex Neil for the manager award.
The winners will be announced on Friday 13 May.
