The Owls head south this weekend to Abbey Stadium and ahead of the clash with Cambridge we look at some of the pre-match numbers.

League One table..

Wednesday are third in the division going into the next round of fixtures while Cambridge have dropped down to 14th following a tough spell of form.

Current form..

The Owls bounced back from an agonising 2-1 defeat at Plymouth in good fashion last weekend against Cheltenham at Hillsborough.

Goals from Josh Windass, Barry Bannan and Fisayo Dele-Bashiru saw us return to winning ways in an impressive 3-0 victory.

In terms of goals scored, Wednesday are the joint leaders when it comes to strikes on home soil (17). On the road, the Owls have hit the back of the net on eight occasions, conceding just four.

Cambridge are on a three-game losing streak, going down to Derby (2-0), Ipswich (3-0) and Bristol Rovers (2-1).
