The Owls will host Morecambe in the first round of the Emirates FA Cup.
The cup-tie will be played between Friday 4 November and Monday 7 November.
It will be the second time the two sides have met this season.
Wednesday picked up three points with a 3-0 victory in the League One meeting at the Mazuma Stadium back in September.
The fixture date and ticket details will be announced in due course.
