It's a quickfire turnaround for the Owls as we host Accrington on Easter Monday following the Good Friday draw at Oxford.
Wednesday are seeking a return to winning ways at the top end of League One, while Stanley continue their battle to exit the drop zone.
John Coleman’s side bolstered their chances of survival with a 3-0 home win over Port Vale over the holiday period.
TEAM NEWS
Wednesday: Callum Paterson is set for a return to the squad, while Michael Smith – who missed out at the Kassam Stadium – will be assessed ahead of the game.
The big striker is rated as 50/50 by Darren Moore.
Elsewhere, George Byers, Jack Hunt and Josh Windass remain sidelined.
Accrington: The Lancashire side were boosted by the return of Liam Coyle and Ethan Hamilton for the Vale victory on Friday.
Accrington have no reported fresh injury concerns ahead of the trip to Hillsborough.
