Lee Gregory has called for calm heads in and around the Wednesday camp after a difficult start to life back in the Championship.
While the Owls are without a point after four games, the experienced striker is more than confident results will come.
"Everyone needs to relax a little bit and the results will come,” Gregory said during our pre-match press conference on Thursday.
“The performances are coming, we are getting stronger every week and the manager has good ideas. It just takes a bit of time that's all."
Wednesday face a Yorkshire derby on Saturday and the clash with Leeds at Elland Road will be another stern challenge for Xisco’s men.
"The gaffer gives us a way of playing," Gregory continued. "Once we cross that line, it's down to us. If we are not doing what he asks, it is not going to work. It is down to us.
"It was never going to be an easy turnaround. Results have not gone our way but hopefully we can turn things round quickly.
"We have created a bit more in the last couple of games. We need to keep clean sheets and to work as a unit and the chances will come. I feel like we will score every game
“We know the game plan and we know what we have to do. It was never going to be easy but we are getting down to it and we know we will come good.
"We have been building, building and building. I think we deserved a point at Cardiff and everyone could see that.
"We know the results will come soon. The Leeds game is massive for everyone. These are the games you want to be involved in.
"I can't wait. It's everything about the game - the build-up and atmosphere. It should be a good game and hopefully we can come out on top.
"They are always a fast-paced team and go for the win. It's a Yorkshire derby and hopefully we can get the three points."
