The Owls’ Under-18s posted an impressive 3-0 win at Hull on Tuesday afternoon.
All three goals came in a one-sided first half from Joey Phuthi, Cian Flannery and Devlan Moses.
Keeper Jack Hall took a slice of the action too, saving a second half penalty to conclude a productive outing at Bishop Burton College.
After a relatively even opening to the contest, the Owls assumed control and hit the front on 16 minutes with a stunning Phuthi strike.
The winger slalomed across the edge of the box before unleashing a wicked curling shot that flew into the top corner.
Hall comfortably gathered a Glen Sani effort before Wednesday doubled the lead on 28 minutes.

Mackenzie Maltby unleashed a low drive that deflected into the path of Flannery, who stabbed home from close range.
Just two minutes later, the Owls gave the hosts a mountain to climb, extending the lead to 3-0.
Moses took aim 18 yards out on the angle and the ball ricocheted into the back of the net past the wrong-footed George Wilson.
Chances were few and far between after the break with the Owls in a dominant position, although Hull had a chance to reduce the arrears from the spot on 52 minutes.
Carlos Rodrigues was adjudged to have felled Jake Brown and the latter took the penalty himself, only to see Hall spring and beat to safety.
Wednesday might have made the scoreline more emphatic in the closing stages when Maltby’s header flew inches off target before Moses burst free down the middle but dragged wide of Wilson and the goal.
