It’s been an almost faultless month for the Owls during February.

Victory over Charlton on Saturday saw us move three points clear of Plymouth in second spot.
Incredibly, two long standing club records were smashed in February as the Owls set new all time highs for the number of clean sheets in a season and for consecutive games without defeat.
Our 3-0 win over Morecambe this month at Hillsborough was the club’s 18th clean sheet of the season which broke a record set in 1978/79.
Victory at The Valley over the weekend, of course, saw that record climb again to 19.
The Owls have posted nine wins from the last 10 outings, the other being a hard-fought 2-2 draw with Ipswich at Portman Road just over two weeks ago.
Avoiding defeat in the capital on Saturday saw our unbeaten league run stretch to 20 games, breaking the previous record which was set way back in 1960/61.
With Wednesday in frightening form and outstanding records being set, choosing this month’s standout performer will no doubt be a tough call!
