Marvin Johnson has won the PFA Virtu Motors League One Fans’ Player of the Month award for December.
The winger was victorious in the public vote, claiming the prestigious prize following an impressive run of form for Wednesday.
Johnson has been a regular figure for Darren Moore’s side throughout the campaign, contributing to our current unbeaten league run of 14 games.
The 32-year-old’s successful December was highlighted most during our 2-1 away win over Fleetwood on Boxing Day, with Johnson providing the assist for George Byers’ equaliser before netting the winner for Wednesday.
Johnson was presented his award by former Owl and PFA representative Ritchie Humphreys.
