The Alicante sun was kinder on Sunday as the squad get down to work here in Spain.
The Owls contingent landed in temperatures of 39 degrees yesterday that gave way to 30 degrees today – a significant swing for the training schedules.
The squad split into two groups, combining gym and pitch exercises with light cycling.
Xisco and his coaching team put the players through their paces for 90 minutes. The second session follows this evening as preparations continue for the Championship campaign ahead.
Wednesday have two friendly fixtures during the warm weather camp, against Real Murcia and CD Eldense, on Tuesday (7:00pm) and Friday (10:00am) respectively.
