The Owls wrap up the warm weather camp in Spain with Friday morning’s friendly against Segunda Liga side CD Eldense (10:00am local time, 9:00am UK).
Similar to Wednesday, Eldense gained promotion to the second tier last season.
Players and staff will reacclimatise to domestic weather conditions following the soaring temperatures under the Murcia sun.
New manager Xisco told swfc.co.uk: “The players have been worked extremely hard, with double sessions on the training pitch and also work in the gym.
“The weather has been very, very hot. On the training ground and all around the area, we have seen very high temperatures, even higher than normally we see this time of year.
“We are in the process of getting our methods and formulas across and the players have responded really well.
“To me, the results do not matter in pre-season. We know when the result matters. We are taking things day by day, step by step and Friday’s game is the next part of the process.”
